A heartful dancer and dedicated pilates teacher Cristina Rubio is BACK!!!

She will be guiding us to a pilates (60 min) + meditation (15 min) session at Haco where is filled with meditative art by Shie Moreno (ongoing exhibition / Magnetismo Espiritual).  Get your body & mind unwind, and ease into the upcoming week...!!!

Complementary herbal water & beverage will be served, you get to go home with an originally made aromatherapeutic product for this session by certified local aromatherapist to enhance your tranquility.  

Pilates class 4:30pm-5:45pm + Meditation 5:45-6:00pm followed by refreshment
